All the Orange Environmental Health went out to lunch yesterday at the BBQ Exchange in Gordonsville for a farewell lunch to Charles Shepherd. We gave Charles his retirement stone. He appeared to like it very much and is going to refer to it as his "Tombstone." He had his replacement, "my new boss" carry it out to his truck for him...Today is his last full day before retirement. Good luck Charles!
Sad to see him go. Wish I was retiring!!!

I have been making leaf castings and hypertufa for the past few years. At first I gave them away as Christmas presents, to family and friends.
